Template: Phase 3 Best Value- Weekly Risk Reporting (WRR)

After filling in your name and email address, you will receive the Template of the Weekly Risk Report. In the execution phase, the supplier also provides dominant information (metrics). The supplier does that in his weekly Risk Report (WRR). In which he reports all unwanted events (issues) occurred on a weekly basis, including mitigation and impact delivering the services. With the WRR, it is immediately transparent what should happen and who is responsible for it. Furthermore, the WRR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), show the performance of the supplier as well as the client. This way project goals can be measured and monitored if they have been achieved.
